Terms of payment
Full payment is required before any services are provided.
It is not possible to get a refund if the company has already been incorporated according to your instructions but you changed your mind.
The standard currency for payments is US Dollars. If you wish to make a payment in EUR or GBP, please contact our staff to quote the rate and the precise invoice amount in the alternative currency.
For payments by wire transfers - our bank account details will be provided in the invoice. All remitting bank charges and any intermediary bank charges must be paid by the remitter. Please ensure that you tick "all charges paid by remitter" when submitting payment order to your bank. Receipt of an incomplete amount will result in no work done on the respective order until full payment.
For payments by Western Union / Money Gram - please be sure that the money will be sent to Commonwealth of Dominica and not Dominican Republic. Choose the option "receipt of the funds in local currency" and let us know the Reference Number of your payment to collect the funds.
