1. What is the procedure of the company incorporation and account opening?

 

 You need to place the order on our web site and make the payment.  Then you will send the documents for all participants of the company via email for pre-approval: passport copy, bank reference, utility bill, beneficial owner declaration and application for account opening.

As soon as the payment has been received we will incorporate the company and start the process of account acceptance. If the Bank will need to clarify some issues regarding your business or request additional documents you will be contacted via email or phone.

As soon as the account has been pre-approved, you will need to send all documents via courier directly to the Bank. Upon receipt the Bank will open an account and give you account details to make initial deposit US $ 5,000.

As soon as account has been activated you will receive the corporate documents of your company, bank information kit, login and password for Internet banking. No name debit card (if requested) will be shipped after 2 weeks.

If you need the company documents urgently, we will ship them to you in 2 working days since the company incorporation and your bank account will be charged later for FedEx delivery of login and password.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Can I incorporate an IBC only without account opening?

 

 Yes, in that case you will not need to submit a bank reference and utility bill. We will also accept a passport copy sent to us via email. The cost of order will not be decreased as account opening is free of charge

 

3. What will be in case if the Bank will refuse to open an account for my offshore company?

 

 We will ship you the corporate documents in 2 days after the company has been incorporated. As a part of the package you will also receive a complete set of corporate documents legalized by Apostille and you may try to open an account in any other bank by yourself or with other agent's help.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Will you refund me the money if account opening will be refused?

 

 No, because we do not charge any fees for the help in account opening.

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. I cannot get a bankers reference because I do not have a Bank account.

 

Unfortunately in that case the Bank will not be able to open an account, but we still can register an IBC for you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. What is utility bill is and what it is for?

 

The Bank requires utility bill as a confirmation of your residing address. Utility bill is a bill for utility services: water, telephone landline, cable television, electricity, gas and others. Your full name and home address should be stated there. The bill must be not more than 3 months old.

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Can I get a refund if I changed my mind and do not want an offshore company?

 

Once you have placed the order and paid the required amount, a refund is not possible. These funds would have already been committed to the incorporation fees and other related services.
