The information the clients are sharing with us is strictly confidential. The names of directors and shareholders of an IBC can be disclosed only by decision of the High Court of Dominica. OID Limited and Griffon Bank have very strict rules and procedures in protecting the privacy and confidentiality of their offshore clients.
Our office is located in Roseau, the capital of Dominica. We are able to incorporate the company or obtain related documents in 1 working day; approval of the bank account will take 2 working days. The whole procedure of account activation and issue of payment cards shall not exceed 2 weeks and mostly depend on the client's ability to provide necessary documents and forms fast.
